Artist's print of my mixed media artwork of a Barking (winking) owl (Ninox connivens) or 'woorop' in Whadjuk noongar, on a large wood stump. I was so excited to catch this sly expression of Talon the Barking Owl at Caversham Wildlife park. The cheeky side-eye look hints at why their cries are thought to be the reason behind the bunyip myth.
This is part of my Aussie Avians collection.
The original was created using watercolour paint, graphite and coloured pencils.
This print is available in two quality options:
Poster Print: Archival inks on 160gsm matte coated bond paper, or
Fine Art Giclee Print: Archival inks on 300gsm heavy stock cotton rag paper.
