ORIGINAL Mixed media Artwork 'Twenty-eight #1' by Romona Sandon.
Framed mixed media artwork of an Australian ringneck (Barnardius zonarius semitorquatus) bird aka '28' or 'Dowarn' in Whadjuk noongar, surrounded by pink flowering gum blossoms. This was the second in my Basso Birds series, a series on bird life from my local Bassendean area on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja in Western Australia.
This original framed artwork, titled 'Twenty-eight #1', is an exquisite combination of watercolour and detailed pencil works of a bird. Its design is intricately combined to demonstrate both the subtle delicacy and bold depth of the artwork. This artwork is a perfect addition to any home to add elegance and style.
